Recommendation to Parents/Guardians
- To get the best from the school for your child, you are advised to maintion close contact with the school.
- If you feel that your ward is not making the desired progress, the Principal/Class teacher should be contacted.
- We earnestly recommend that parents should look into their ward’s school diary every day and see that home work assigned for the day is done.
- Remark put down in the dairy should be seen and countersigned regularly.
- Every student is required to arrive at the school before bell rings. He/she will not be permitted in , after three late arrivals and a writers explanation will be sought.
- The Child must be provided with necessary books and stationery , as neither borrowing nor lending will be permitted in school.
- All the belongings including books, stationary, pullover , blazer , tie , belt , lunch-box etc. should bear name of the student . school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- The Students should be encouraged to cultivate neatness and civic manners that eventually reflects their personality.
- He/she should comply with the instructions , regarding proper and standard nail and hair cut and school uniform including polished shoes.
- Parent should instruct their wards not scribble on the walls , doors of the school building , corridors etc. No graffiti is allowed on the schools walls. Any damages caused will incur fine.
- They shall not be allowed to bring fire crackers , holi colors , transistors, walkman, mobile and other valuable to school.
- He/she must not use abusive language and disrespectful expressions to others. There shouldn’t be any misbehavior in class, school or transport. A strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.
- Parents and accompanying visitors are requested not to enter class room either to see their children or to seek interview with the teachers during schools Hour. Interviews should be arranged through the principal only.
- They are requested to inform the school if there is any change in their addresses and phone/mobile numbers.
- Leave for half a day should be avoided as far as possible for security reasons . in an emergency, written permission must be taken from the principal and class teacher. Children will be handed over to parents/escorts only after the class teacher verifies them.
- Children, when sick, should not be sent to school to attend classes or for test/examination.
- Parent’s attention is drawn to the fact that the criticism of a teacher or the school in the presence of the child causes the child to lose his or her respect for the teacher and will retard his or her progress.
- Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the principal and not to the class teacher and all correspondence from the school to the parents must go through the principal.
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining regularity , discipline and punctuality.
- The conduct of the parents towards the school should be courteous polite.
